Therapy

To be human is to grieve, to rejoice, to doubt, to feel strong and to feel weak. Sometimes we find our way out of the low points ourselves, sometimes we need help. When the difficult becomes long-lasting or intense, or starts to limit life, it may involve things such as depression, generalised anxiety or panic disorder. That is when it can help to meet a psychologist who receives you without judgement, who can understand and challenge you, and find new ways forward together with you. With warmth and curiosity we explore what is happening, what you need and what can help you move on.
